Refund policy

All sales are final and Super Power Art does not accept returns to any address.

Due to the nature of automated Print on Demand process, it's not possible to cancel the order once the production has started. the orders are not eligible for refunds or reprints, even if the customer doesn't like the color or has ordered the wrong size or color (the products have size charts) or if the customer's order shipping details were incorrect. Super Power Art will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

However, In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Print providers(Printify, Printful or Artofwhere) offer a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact Super Power Art via email (superpowerart.com@gmail.com) with the “Submit issue” and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

The return address is set by default to print providers(Printify, printful or Artofwhere). Do not return items without contacting Super Power Art superpowerart.com@gmail.com.

Returned by Customer - customers must contact Super Power Art before returning any products to the print providers. Unfortunately we do not refund orders.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Print providers and customers will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the customers (if and as applicable).

Wrong Address - If customer provide an address that is considered insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the print providers, and the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we, Super Power Art have confirmed an updated address with you, customer. (if and as applicable).

If you haven't added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at superpowerart.com@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the print providers [Printify, printful or Artofwhere].

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
